The first thing I tell my customers is you have to love the carpet before anything else. You won’t suddenly like a carpet just because it matches your furniture. This is the reason why most interior designers and decorators recommend starting from the ground up.

The answer is not necessarily but it should rather have the colors of the sky which has grey in it.
